Easy Menus is a month-to-month paid service which aids in managing your QR code menu. You may sign up and test the system for free, but you will be required to choose a paid plan to continue. There are no term commitments so you can discontinue or re-activate your plan at any time. Paid plans represent an entire month of service and there are no pro-rated adjustments given.
We offer multiple plans to fit your needs, from a single QR code up to any amount of codes your operation requires. The ability to update your menu an unlimited number of times and the feature to add authorized users to securely update your menu on your behalf are included in all plans, with no additional fees.

Pricing and Payment Terms
- Pricing Inclusion: All advertised prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
- Price Display: Prices may be rounded for display purposes. The exact amount will be shown prior to purchase and will be reflected on the customer's invoice.
- Billing Cycles:
- Monthly Plans: Prepaid for one calendar month.
- Annual Plans: Prepaid for one calendar year.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Monthly Plans: No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Annual Plans: No prorated refunds after the sixth month of service.
- Promotional Offers: Discounts and promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Refunds and Adjustments:
- All refunds and adjustments are at the sole discretion of Easy Menus.
- Refunds or adjustments may be issued in the form of service credits.
- Price Guarantees: Current pricing is guaranteed for accounts in good standing and in compliance with the Terms of Service.
- Price Modifications: Easy Menus reserves the right to modify pricing with a minimum of 30 days' notice to customers.
- Agreement to Terms: By subscribing to our service, customers acknowledge and agree to these Pricing and Payment Terms.
This policy is effective as of 17 July 2024. Easy Menus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to customers as outlined above.
